A workplace health and safety management system (WHSMS) can be thought of as a particular, organisational wide approach, instituted by a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), in order to minimise the risk of injury and illness arising from the conduct of their undertaking.
We can develop and assist in the implementation of systems-based workplace health and safety management plans. Working with our clients, we assist with the identification and assessment of workplace risks and whether the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures are in place to limit their impact.
Our focus is on improving safety performance through a systematic approach integrating WHS planning, implementation and review. Our approach to a WHSMS is an evolving and continuously improving system which uses feedback to manage and improve safety related outcomes.
